Who am I?

My name is Jan Stelmaszyk. I am a manager and consultant with over 15 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce and management. I have worked for both well-known brands and smaller companies, where I could combine a strategic view with specific execution - from developing a vision to implementing tools.
My international experience (including in Canada) and numerous projects in Poland have allowed me to understand different business models. I believe that each project requires an individual approach, and true success depends on the ability to listen, draw conclusions and act quickly.

My career path
Sports and mindset
For me, sport is not only a form of physical activity, but above all a way to build perseverance, overcome my own weaknesses and maintain life balance. For several years I have been regularly taking part in the Polish Cycling Championships - I do not always stand on the podium, but with each season I am better and better prepared, which is the greatest source of pride for me.
This effort reminds me of how important systematicity, efficiency and willingness to go beyond the comfort zone are. I try to translate these values into my professional life – I consistently pursue my goal, I am not discouraged by obstacles and I support teams in crossing boundaries that often turn out to be only apparent.
Every day I try to be a little better – in sports, at work and in life

Continuous development
I deeply believe in the idea of "learning by doing". That is why, in addition to working as a consultant and manager, I try to create or co-create my own projects that allow me to develop new skills.
One such project was a no-code/low-code platform for cyclists. While working on it, I tested integrations with Google Maps API, Stripe, Cal.com, and Airtable, connecting everything using Make.
Thanks to this, I not only built a functioning website that meets a real need, but also proved that with the right approach and tools, a functional solution can be quickly implemented, minimizing costs and implementation time.
