Structure

My offer consists of three levels of support: from strategic leadership (Layer 1), through directorial activities (Layer 2), to specific execution (Layer 3). Thanks to this approach, I can adjust the form of cooperation to the current needs of your company.

Holistic Leadership

At the highest level, I play the role of a leader/strategist, which connects all the activities into a coherent whole. In practice, this means that I can act as CEO-as-a-Service or Head of Digital, depending on needs.

My main task is a holistic view on the company: I analyze the areas of marketing, sales, e-commerce and management to identify gaps and opportunities. Thanks to this, I propose actions that actually translate into development - not limited to individual campaigns or implementations.

As a leader, I also care about motivation and team integration. I connect different departments – from IT to marketing – and help implement processes that make the company run more efficiently.
